| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |

| A deposit equal to the first night's room rate is due at time of booking.
Rooms will be available only to those requests secured by deposits. Your deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your length of stay. When requesting reservations, please note arrival and departure carefully. Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations or shortening of your stay within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit in full. |

| Pet Policy |

| Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly guesthouses for a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Fee to cover deep-cleaning of house prior to next guest's arrival as well as pet amenities. Please inquire for additional guidelines. |
