| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |

| A deposit equal to the first night's room rate plus 6% tax is required to secure reservations.
Rooms will be available only to those requests secured by deposits. Your deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your length of stay. When requesting reservations, please note arrival and departure carefully. Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit, unless cancellation or changes are made 15 days in advance of scheduled arrival dates. |

| Resort Fees |

| A daily Resort Fee of $25.00 per room, per night is added to your account. Bellmen, doormen and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the Resort Fee. |

| Pet Policy |

| Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly guesthouses for a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay; fee to cover deep-cleaning of house prior to next guest's arrival, as well as pet amenities. Please inquire for additional guidelines. |
