For every 5 hours of community service you perform, you will receive a 50% refund of one night's room rate, excluding taxes. This refund will be issued directly to the same credit card you used to prepay your reservation. You must perform your community service no earlier than 90 days before your arrival and no later than 90 days after your departure.
To receive your 50% refund, the following information must be emailed to ServeAmerica@CarlyleSuites.com no later than 90 days after your departure:
1) A verification letter on the organization's letterhead, stating your name, the dates and number of hours of your community service performed.
2) A copy of the organization's 501(c)3 certificate.
Only guests who have prepaid the Serve America and Stay in DC package will be eligible for a refund and the guest's last name on the verification of community service letter must match the registered guest's name at the Carlyle Suites Hotel.
