The "Historical Tour", entails San Francisco's sordid past and quest for sexual freedom from the Gold Rush thru the 20th century. Learn about Harvey Milk's arrival during the "Summer of Love", his migration to the Castro bringing a sexually diverse culture to a home and his political perseverance for equality as a basic human right.
Also discover many iconic landmarks such as the birthplace of the Rainbow Flag, the original site of the AIDS Quilt, Twin Peaks Tavern, and the Castro Theatre, (where the world premiere of the movie "MILK", starring Sean Penn opened on October 26, 2008).
