| During low season, you may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after that, one night's stay is charged to your credit card. |

| During high season and low season we require a credit card gaurantee at the time of booking. During Christmas, New Years and Holy Week we require a deposit of 100% of stay. |
