| This special promotional package offer (“Offer”) is valid for travel through 01/31/2010. This Offer is sponsored and administered by Pacific Monarch Resorts (“PMR”) located at 23091 Mill Creek Drive, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Accommodations are subject to availability which may be limited during major holidays and special event periods. Holiday check-in dates of 11/22/09, 11/26/09, 12/20/09, 12/24/09, 12/27/09 and 12/31/09 are available for a $1,099 primetime rate for a 1 bedroom villa. The purchase price of this promotional package must be paid at the time your reservation is made, is completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and is subject to change at any time without notice. The purchase price includes accommodations, room taxes, and the package benefits specifically described under this Offer, but does not include transportation, food, gratuities, or items of a personal nature not described within the offer. A credit card deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental room charges. This promotional Offer is not valid for group travel or for existing reservations, may not be combined with any other offer. A limited number of extra night’s accommodations may be available at a higher retail rate during the same stay but after the promotional package has been fulfilled. This offer is limited to one package per household. This Offer is intended for first-time Cabo Azul Resort customers only. No more than four (4) people (consisting of two adults and two children under the age of 18) may utilize the accommodations. |

| Employees of PMR and the Cabo Azul Resort and their respective affiliates and owners/members are not eligible for this Offer. Neither PMR nor the Cabo Azul Resort are responsible for any defaults, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages in respect to or arising out of services or properties of third parties, nor may PMR or the Cabo Azul Resort be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control including, without limitation, strikes, acts of God, terrorism or war. This Offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Although every reasonable effort will be made to provide accommodations at the Cabo Azul Resort, substitute accommodations at a San Jose del Cabo area resort may be provided at PMR’s or the Cabo Azul Resort’s sole discretion. Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you after your accommodations have been booked. Please be sure you have your written confirmation prior to departing for Mexico. All inquiries regarding this Offer, including any accommodations reservations or rescheduling, must be handled by PMR; please do not contact the Cabo Azul Resort regarding this Offer. |

| Reschedule Policy: |
|
| Once booked, your accommodations reservation may be rescheduled once at no charge, provided you notify PMR at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled arrival. However, after your first reschedule, a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged for each subsequent change to your accommodations reservation. If you cancel your accommodations reservation less than five (5) business days prior to arrival, or fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date you will lose your ability to use this package and your package price will be forfeited. |

| Package Benefits: |

| Any package benefits specifically made a part of this Offer, such as dinner vouchers, tour tickets, gift certificates, car rental vouchers, etc will be delivered upon check-in after meeting with the Cabo Azul Resort concierge. Unless otherwise noted, all tour tickets are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Neither PMR nor the Cabo Azul Resort assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged and/or expired tickets, gift certificates, or vouchers given to the guest upon check-in before their redemption. Upgrades to any portion of your vacation package (e.g. additional nights, tour, show or attraction tickets or dinner vouchers) will result in additional charges not included in the promotional package purchase price. The Cabo Azul Resort cannot be held responsible, and will not provide any partial or complete refunds, for cancellation, unavailability, closure or disruption of any hotel, resort, attraction and/or location. |
