| Cancun Deposit Policy |

| Package must be paid in full at time reservation is made. Discount honored at time of booking only. A $100 refundable security deposit, payable by credit card only, will be collected at the time of check in. |
| Cancun Cancellation Policy |
|
| All cancellations must be received a minimum of 2 days, (48 hrs), prior to arrival date in order to avoid penalty of 1 night’s room and tax at the rate as indicated on the reservation confirmation. Cancellations or changes made less than 2 days, (48 hrs), prior to 4:00 pm local hotel time on the day of arrival are subject to a charge equal to the first night’s room and tax at the rate as indicated on the reservation confirmation. Should the guest(s) fail to check in on their scheduled arrival date the first nights room and tax amount as indicated on their reservation confirmation will be charged; the accommodations will be held until the following day’s check-out time allowing for a late arrival. If guest fails to check in during this period, the reservation will be cancelled for the remainder, if any, of the guest’s scheduled stay. |

Employees of Pacific Monarch Resorts (“PMR”) and current PMR or Monarch Grand Vacations (“MGV”) owners are not eligible to use this certificate. Offer is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other offer. Taxes, gratuities and incidentals are not included. This offer does not include transportation. | Complimentary 3 days and 2 nights to Cabo Azul in a garden villa unit. Sunday or Monday check-in only. $250 refundable (after check-out from marketing office) deposit required for Cabo Azul Resort. The certificate for two nights is non-transferable – the person that checks-in at the Cancun Resort in Las Vegas must be the person who checks-in at the Cabo Azul Resort, in Los Cabos Mexico. Employees of Pacific Monarch Resorts (“PMR”) and current PMR or Monarch Grand Vacations (“MGV”) owners are not eligible to use this certificate. Travel on the certificate program for Cabo Azul is valid for room nights between 9/1/2009 through 3/18/2010. Travel is not valid for the nights including and between 11/20/2009 through 11/28/2009 and 12/18/2009 and 1/2/2009 |
