| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |

| A deposit equal to the first nights room rate is due at time of booking.
Rooms will be available only to those requests secured by deposits. Your deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your length of stay. When requesting reservations, please note arrival and departure carefully. Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit, unless cancellation or changes are made 7 days in advance November through March, and 15 days in advance April through October and all major holidays, of scheduled arrival dates. All major credit cards accepted for deposit and upon arrival for check-in. |

| Additional fees |

| Bellmen, doormen, and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the Resort Fee.
Valet parking fee is $20 per night. Self-parking is complimentary. |

| Pet Policy |
|
| Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly guesthouses for a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay; fee to cover deep-cleaning of house prior to next guests arrival, as well as pet amenities. Please inquire for additional guidelines. |

| Terms and Conditions |

| All package rates are per room, per night and reflect the inclusions stated. Starting at prices noted reflect off-season midweek pricing for double occupancy. Room rates are based on traditional rooms; all other accommodations will be subject to add-on rates. Packages are not valid during holidays and are subject to availability. Where applicable, packages designed for two persons denoted as double occupancy are available at a reduced rate if only one party is taking advantage of the amenity inclusions. Social packages may not be used with group bookings and must be booked prior to arrival. |

| Spa Credit |

| The Spa Credit may be used toward spa services, gratuities & taxes on spa services and/or retail items in the Spa Shop.
Advance reservations are required for spa services and may be made by contacting the spa directly at 800 624-6070 ext. 7745 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. |
