| This spring join The Greenbrier for a Pro-Am Tournament unlike any other. Tennis professionals from the surrounding region will join Greenbrier Tennis professionals to play the Owen Davidson Tennis Pro-Am. Owen Davidson joined The Greenbrier last summer as a guest tennis professional. The award winning Australian tennis pro will share his masterful techniques and passion for the game during a clinic for amateur players. The Pro-Am package includes breakfast and dinner daily , as well as lunch on Monday , the Player's Clinic, the Pro-Am Tournament, a pro exhibition and luxurious accommodations. Rates for one participant and one non participant are available upon request. |
| Minimum Stay Requirement |

| The Owen's Davidson Tennis Pro-Am requires a two night minimum stay. Substitutions are not permitted in the package. |

| Private Club Fee and Taxes |
|
| Under West Virginia State Law, an individual partaking of alcoholic beverage must be a club member. The Greenbrier adds a nominal charge of $6.00 per person for the entire visit for such a club membership.
WEST VIRGINA STATE TAX OF 6% AND LOCAL OCCUPANCY TAX OF 3% ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. |

| Service Charge |
|
| A daily service charge of $28.00 per person, includng children age 4 and older, is added to your account for service provided under the Modified American Plan. The Greenbrier pays certain employees service fees in lieu of normal gratuities. This includes maids, waitresses, waiters, busboys, bread servers and dining room captains. For a la carte food and beverage service, 18.5% will be added to checks. Bellmen, doormen, and others who render intermittent personal services are not included in the service charge. An additonal service charge is applied to suites and guest houses.
SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES ARE INCLUDED FOR SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. SHOULD ADDITIONAL PERSONS BE ADDED TO THE ACCOMMODATION, ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE AND TAXES WILL APPLY. |

| Deposit Policy |

| Rooms will be available only to those requests secured by deposits. Your depost is applicable to the fulfillment of your lenght of stay. When requesting reservations, please NOTE ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE DATES carefully. LATE ARRIVAL or EARLY DEPARTURE causes forfeiture of deposit, unless cancellation or changes are made 7 days in advance January 1 through March 31, 2005 and November 1 through December 31, 2005 and 15 days in advance April 1 throught October 31, 2005 of scheduled arrival date.
