Cancellation

All cancellations are charged a $35 fee for each room cancelled. Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of 1 night's room charge. The deposit on reservations that are made within 7 days prior to the arrival is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled at any time.
