A valid credit card is required for all reservations. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card and to cancel the booking if the card is invalid. You will receive notification via e-mail should the hotel cancel the reservation for these reasons.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. Any cancellation during the last 3 days before arrival has a cost of 100% penalty of the amount of the reservation.

All bookings for more than five rooms on overlapping dates (even when booked separately) may be considered a group booking and different cancellation and payment policies may apply (if this is the case you will be notified of the applicable deposit and cancellation policies by e-mail).

IEET > Tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia (City Tax + City Surcharge) | Law 5/2020 of April 29, DOGC. Rate per person and unit of stay, with a maximum of 7 units of stay. (Children under 16 years of age are exempt)

Payment of the IEET tourist tax will be made directly at the hotel. From April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, the fee will be €4.90 per person/night (VAT included), for a maximum of 7 nights. From April 1, 2024, the fee will be €5.45 per person/night (VAT included), for a maximum of 7 nights.
