To qualify both partners must attend a personal presentation about our fractional ownership program which lasts approximately 90 minutes. Complimentary babysitting services will be provided during the presentation. This offer is limited to individuals/couples with a combined household income of $75,000 or more, and reservations are subject to availability. Failure to attend the presentation will result in full retail charge of the stay, spa treatments, and resort services. Anyone who has attended a presentation in the past 24 months is not eligible.
