The Pier Joy Package includes your accommodations at one of our beautiful resort condos overlooking the ocean, plus your choice of pier passes:

 

  • Walking on the pier, per person (ranges from $1.50 for one to $7.50 for five, depending on number of people)per day.
  • Fishing with your own rod, per person (ranges from $7.50 for one to $37.50 for five, depending on number of people) per day. There is a $6 charge for each rod carried onto the pier.
  • Fishing with a rental rod, per person (ranges from $20 for one to $100 for five, depending on number of people) per day.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations with a total of $200 or more for entire package will be charged $100 per person. If entire package price is under $200 a $100 deposit will be charged to credit card.

Cancellation & Change Policy
If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $30 is charged. If cancellation is made 14 days or less, prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit is forfeited. If a reservation dates are changed there will be $30 change fee. No refunds for early checkout.
