Enjoy a hands-on, interactive cooking demonstrations in our new Culinary Theatre ... taught by one of our highly talented New England Culinary Institute chef instructors. Master new techniques in this wonderfully entertaining class as you prepare a sumptuous three-course meal. This savory Vermont vacation package includes:

One night in a comfortable Traditional guest room
Hands-on cooking class, for one participant at The Inn's Culinary Theatre
Continental breakfast, for two people
Tour of the New England Culinary Institute, available upon request
Please note that this dinner is a semi-private event with a maximum capacity of 12 people

* Three-day notice is required. Upgrade to a guestroom with a fireplace for an additional $20 per night.

*Package rate is for one guest in the cooking class, each additional guests: $110 plus tax and service charge

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a non-refundable one night room and tax charge.
