| Valid at participating properties, seven days a week from 4/28/12 through 9/30/12. Limited number of rooms are available for this promotion and this promotion is subject to availability. Tax, gratuities, resort fees and service charges are additional. Offer does not apply to groups of 5 or more rooms. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons and are not applicable to previous reservations or group bookings. Free night, credit and discounts are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for future stays. Blackout dates may apply. Advance reservations required. Other restrictions apply. Rates are per room, per night and based on availability at the time of reservations. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Void where prohibited. *4th Night Free valid at participating properties after three paid consecutive nights are consumed in the same room type. The value of the fourth night will be deducted from guest final bill at the time of checkout. Free night does not include resort fees, taxes, gratuities, room service, or other service charges - guest will be responsible for all such charges. The Free Fourth Night is subject to hotel availability and no credits, discounts, or coupons will be provided in the event there is no availability at participating hotels. If guest departs early and/or modifies the reservation to be less than three consecutive nights, the Free Fourth Night does not apply. *Kids Eat Free Meals All Day - 12 years and younger valid for up to two children per paying adult entree, up to four children with two paying adults per room. Kids must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. Valid only when eating in participating resort restaurants, is not applicable to room service and kids must select from the Children’s Menu or Breakfast Buffet (if available). *Gas Credit: $20 will be deducted from the guest final bill at the time of check-out. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. *20% off Discount for resort activities vary by property. Discount must be taken at the time of service and can not be taken at check-out. | South Seas Island Resort will add a Resort Fee of $15.00 ($16.65 including tax) per day, per adult (17 years and older) to your rate. The Resort Fee is not quoted with the room rate. | Deposit Policy |

| South Seas charges a two night deposit on all reservations. The deposit will be applied to the last two nights of the reservation. |
| Cancellation Policy |

| The cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after that period will result in the loss of the two night deposit. |
