Our Sunshine State residents enjoy a special discounted Florida Resident Rate.

Lead guest must present valid, government-issued photo ID that provides proof of a Florida residential address, otherwise standard rate will apply. Applicable proof of Florida Residency include the following:
•Florida driver’s license (with Florida address.)
•Florida state-issued ID card (with Florida address.)
•Florida-based military ID.

Room discount applied at time of booking. Tax not included in listed rates; taxes are currently 12.5%. Not valid for groups, meetings or conventions, special events, or in conjunction with other discounts/promotions. Offer is subject to availability.
