| Guarantee and Cancellation Policies |

| All reservations require credit card 100% guarantee due at time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the first night prior to arrival. Reservations must be cancelled with at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room rate. The equivalent of all EUR rates are calculated in local currency (RON) using the official exchange rate from the last Friday + 1,7% (fixed at the moment of booking). Starting with 1st of June 2023, a Tourism Development and Promotion Tax will be paid in the amount of 1% of the total accommodation of your stay, excluding the meals and VAT, at the front desk. |
