Terms and Conditions
Rates are per guestroom, per night plus tax, based on double occupancy. Reservations will be booked based on hotel availability only. This special package is not valid with Groups or Conventions. No other discounts or offers will be accepted with this package.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card. Reservation must be cancelled five days prior to your arrival or a one night’s room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit/debit card. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account at that time.

Please be advice that the Rosen Plaza is a smoke-free facility. Guestroom rates are quoted exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently 12.5% plus an Orange County fee currently 1% (this fee is taxable) for a total tax of 13.63%.

Rosen Plaza Hotel has an agreement with the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and other properties in the Orange County Convention Center District (OCCCD) to pay one percent of the room rate as a surcharge (not subject to tax exemption). The OCCCD 1% surcharge shall be used to promote the Orange County Convention Center and tourist services in the vicinity of the Orange County Convention Center District.
