| Guarantee Policy |

| Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. Payment for reservation will need to be presented upon checking in to the hotel. There is a $50 per day incidental fee that will be authorized in addition to the room, taxes, and fees at check in. |
| Cancelation |

| Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrive; by 4pm day before arrival. |
| Breakfast Packages |

| The Breakfast included in this package is for two adults only. Additional adults or children will be at an additional cost. |
| Bathouse Reservations |
|
| Advance reservations in The Arlington Bathhouse located on the 3rd floor of the Hotel are required prior to your arrival. You may contact the Bathhouse directly at 501-609-2514 or 501-609-2515. |
| Pet Policy |
|
| Pets are only allowed in our Historic King size bedrooms and standard king or two double bedrooms on our 6th floor pet wing. Pets not allowed in any of our Mineral Water Rooms, Junior Suites, or Parlor Suites. There is a nonrefundable $60 per day per pet fee. Please contact hotel for more information. |
