| Standard Deposit Policy |

| All reservations require a deposit of the first night's stay. Remainder of balance will be due upon checkout. |
| Standard Cancellation Policy |
|
| If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival, it will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. Deposits will only be partially refunded if a reservation is cancelled more than 31 days in advance of your arrival, and a cancellation fee of half of the original deposit per room will apply. On reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable. You are responsible for your entire stay and will be charged for early departures and reservations reduced in length. |
