Payment by check is not accepted • Must be 21 years of age to check-in to the hotel. West Hollywood City Ordinance limits maximum capacity at any time to four individuals per suite. The London Hotel has a no party policy. There must be a registered adult of 21 years or older in each suite. • Pet Policy: One small dog less than 30lbs per suite: $100.00 cleaning fee plus $20/night. Dogs allowed in London Suites only. • Every attempt will be made to honor specific requests, such as bedding, view, specific suite number, or location. If such requests cannot be honored, the hotel reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations. • To better serve your needs; please advise the hotel in advance of any special requests, such as cribs, highchairs or rollaway beds.
